Are you a confident driver with a hands-on approach and great customer service skills? We're recruiting a Service Operative on behalf of a national supplier of mobile welfare units, to be based out of their Farnborough depot.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that’s a leader in its field—providing modern, self-contained mobile welfare units across the UK. The team prides itself on quality, reliability, and excellent service, and they’re now looking for someone who shares those values.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing mobile welfare units at customer sites within the depot’s operating region. This includes travel throughout Farnborough and the wider South East, with occasional support to other regions if needed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Service welfare units at customer sites: waste pump-out, water refill, consumable restock, toilet additive, and cleaning
  
  
• Daily “tip offs” at authorised discharge points
  
  
• Accurately complete service reports, including photos
  
  
• Follow health & safety policies and site-specific rules
  
  
• Assist with general depot duties such as unit delivery/collection, cleaning, and maintenance
  
  

What We’re Looking ForEssential:

• Full UK driving licence (held for 2+ years)
  
  
• Clean licence including B+E category (trailer towing)
  
  
• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
  
  
• Strong time management and reliability
  
  
• Able to work independently and follow clear processes
  
  
• IT-literate and confident using mobile systems/apps
  
  

Desirable:

• Towing experience or training
  
  
• Previous experience in commercial driving, plant hire or construction servicing
