Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a Client of ours based in Eastleigh. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities for this Administrator role:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Using the Inspire database to produce Delivery Notes and Off Hire Notes for all equipment hired on a daily basis
- Produce hire quotations using the InspHire database for new and existing clients
- Produce job sheets as required for Engineers etc.
- Raise purchase orders as required.
- Provide administration support to office and yard staff as required.
- Contact customers to chase outstanding quotes and help maintain quotation database
- Ad-hoc administrative duties.
- In the absence of Depot/Assistant Depot Manager carry out duties that are fair and reasonable to ensure the smooth running of the depot
- Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept tidy
Requirements for this Administrator role:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with depot staff and colleagues across the company
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of commercial awareness
The role:
- This is a permanent position
- This role is paying £25,500
- This is a full time role working 8:30-5
