Export packer

 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Export packer to join a Client based in Eastleigh


Duties will include:

• Packing customers equipment and machinery into bespoke timber and plywood packing cases suitably for export worldwide
  
  
• Cutting raw timber and sheet materials on industrial crosscut and panel saws
  
  
• Manufacturing plywood and timber cases using pneumatic nail guns
  
  
• Receiving and packing customers equipment 
  
  
• Delivery and collection of customers’ orders including equipment and empty cases
  
  
• Cleaning and maintaining tools
  
  

 

Requirements for this role:

• Driving licence
  
  
• Flexibility with hours- some Saturdays will be required 
  
  
• Must be available immediately
  
  
• ideally have some experience with hand tools, such as nail guns, drills
  
   
  
  

Details: 

 

• Monday – Friday 8am until 16:30 with the occasional Saturday 
  
  
• Willing to learn and able to problem solve
  
  
• This role will be mainly based at our Eastleigh facility; however, the successful candidate will be required to work at our customers premises at a variety of locations within a 40-mile radius.
  
  
• This role is paying £13.00 per hour
