Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a Private Hospital in Winchester. This is a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity to go perm.  

 

Responsibilities for this Receptionist role:

  • Welcoming in patients to the hospital 

  • Ensuring the waiting area remains neat and tidy 

  • Speaking to Patients via the telephone and answering any enquires

  • Booking patients in for appointments 

  • Updating the booking system

  • Ad hoc admin tasks 

Requirements for this Receptionist role:

  • Must have a basic DBS check

  • Experience of working within a similar role is beneficial 

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • Highly organised 

 

The role:

  • This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go perm 

  • Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm

  • £12.21 per hour
