Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Booking Officer to join our Client based in Worthing. This is a temporary position. 

 

Responsibilities as Booking Officer: 

 

  • Booking patients for appointments via telephone 

  • Sending out letters to patients confirming appointments

  • General Admin / sorting out paper work

  •  Communicating with staff and supporting with ad hoc duties

Requirements as a Booking Officer:

  • Strong administration experience 

  • Must be available to start immediately

  • Good level of IT skill and use of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A DBS would be beneficial for this role 

 

The Role:

  • £12.21 per hour 

  • Temporary role for around 8 weeks  

  • Weekly pay

  • Working hours are Monday until Friday 8:30am until 17:00pm
