Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a client based in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan. This role is temporary full time and ongoing.
Pay Rate: £13.25
Hours Per week: 12:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday.

As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include:- Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone-calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly.
- Data inputting
- Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management.
- Creating Documentation for EU outbound Loads, including custom documents.
- (Full training will be provided)
The successful candidate for the Traffic Officer Administrator role will also need the following skills;- Experienced IT user
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel
- Accurate with inputting data into systems.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
