Part Time Administrator/Customer ServiceLocation: Kidlington
Hours: Part time (flexible hours - 20-25 hours per week)
Salary: £25,000-£29,000 pro rata
We’re currently looking for a Part Time Administrator/Customer Support Assistant to join our client's friendly team! If you're looking for a flexible part time opportunity where you can put your organisational and customer service skills to good use, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll be doing:- Handling incoming calls and emails with a professional and helpful approach
- Supporting customers with queries, providing accurate information and timely updates
- Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinating appointments or schedules as needed
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
