Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the hygiene team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all facilities.
  • Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and schedules to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Train and mentor staff on hygiene practices and protocols.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on hygiene performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a hygiene management role, preferably within the food, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant certifications in hygiene management or related fields are a plus.
