Job Description
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £46,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts:
- Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Late Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
