Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Purchasing Assistant to join our clients team in Banbury. This role offers flexibility with three working days per week, perfect for those looking to balance work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues
- Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong numerical abilities for handling data and financial information
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
