Location: Banbury
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced production professional looking for a leadership role within a dynamic and thriving company? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Team Leader to join our client in Banbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely output.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe workplace for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and meet company goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management and quality control.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of production processes and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
