It is crucial that employers do all they can to close the gaps that still exist within disadvantaged communities, by improving the quality of lives through sustainable and meaningful employment opportunities. Pertemps has been working to remove barriers and obstacles for a number of years, to create career paths for those within our local communities.
Only through more collaborative working will we be able to bridge skills gaps and remove more barriers to employment. That’s one of the key recommendations in the Workforce of the Future report, prepared by recruiter Pertemps Network Group and The Purpose Coalition following a series of meetings with representatives from different industries and public sector employers across the UK.
Pertemps launched its Levelling Up Impact Report, a collaboration with the Purpose Coalition, with a reception at its headquarters in Meriden, Warwickshire.

Pertemps has worked with the Purpose Coalition to produce an Impact Report, showcasing the work we have been doing, the successful outcomes we have achieved and our aspirations for the future in terms of open, inclusive recruitment. We are being held up as an example of good practice.
