Opportunity for all has been at the heart of Pertemps’ culture since we were founded in 1961. We are passionate about making a difference in the local communities in which we work, continually looking for ways of better supporting the people we work with. We will continue to sustain a long-term strategy which best serves the diversity of these communities, enabling everyone to maximise their potential.

Our Commitments

Pertemps continues to champion opportunities for all. A sustainable, long-term approach that serves the diversity of the communities in which we are present is central to our strategy. We will:

  • We work in partnership with community groups at local level, as well as wider support networks, to help those furthest from the jobs market and use our experience and expertise to leverage opportunities.
  • We will continue to contribute, both locally and nationally, in initiatives to help establish, strengthen, support and protect community relations.
  • Our partnership with more than 50 charities helps us promote a diverse and inclusive culture, not just within our own organisation, but also for our clients and the candidates we work with to find them new roles.
