About the role:

Are you an experienced social worker looking for your next rewarding assignment? The Children in Care Team is seeking a dedicated agency social worker to join in delivering high-quality, child-centred practice for children and young people in care.
You’ll be part of a supportive, passionate team working to ensure children in care are safe, heard, and thriving.
You’ll manage a manageable caseload, build strong relationships with children and carers, and contribute to care planning that makes a real difference.

About you:

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
• At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
• Experience working with looked-after children
• Strong assessment, planning, and report-writing skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed and relationship-based practice
• Ability to work flexibly and independently within a team
• Car driver
