Pay rate up to £30.06 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for Qualified Social Worker to join a Child in Need/Child Protection Team in Leeds.
We are looking for an experienced social worker who is able to manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence with a case load of 25 children. This caseload will have a level of complexity and lead worker responsibilities working alongside and sharing learning with other social workers, it will not have supervisory / line manager responsibilities. Social workers should be able to practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
