Teaching Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start
Are you a versatile and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in a vibrant school environment? We are seeking a dedicated TA to support students across various year groups and subjects, assisting teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Pay: £95-£110 per day
Location: Enfield
Start Date: December
Interview Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and on task during lessons.

Assist teachers in planning and preparing learning activities, as well as organising classroom resources.

Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and help them achieve their full potential.

Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.

Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, or on school trips as required.

Assist with administrative tasks such as marking work, setting up activities, and maintaining student records.

Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere to help all students feel valued and motivated in their learning journey.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support various tasks as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.

A genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
