Westminster Location: St Mary’s Hospital, 3 Borough Hospital Social Work Team Westminster Social Services, Praed Street, London W2 1NY 
Working Pattern: Full-time Site-based (limited work from home) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate:

£32.55 per hour (Umbrella) –

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Hospital Social Worker to join the 3 Borough Hospital Social Work Team at St Mary’s Hospital. This is a vital frontline role supporting adults in hospital settings, ensuring safe and timely discharges, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and promoting independence through effective care planning.
