The Role:

As a Structural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and development of commercial building projects. Working closely with engineers and surveyors, you will bring concepts to life, ensuring precision and quality in every aspect of the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for building projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to meet project requirements.
• Utilize ArchiCAD for design work (Revit license available if required).
• Contribute to projects with values up to £20 million.
• Support the team with technical expertise and innovative solutions.
