Consultant Social Worker, £42ph, Early Help, Liverpool
Pertemps is recruiting 2x experienced Consultant Social Workers to contribute to practice improvement within Liverpool's Early Help Hubs. This role is pivotal in promoting high-quality, impactful services focused on children's lived experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of casework completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers.
• Evaluate the quality, impact, and alignment of practice with the needs of children and families.
• Provide individualised feedback to staff to support learning and professional development.
• Collate thematic findings and present audit reports to enhance service-wide practice improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven and extensive experience in social work, with a strong background in early help or related services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and evaluate casework effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback and contribute to professional development.
• Commitment to driving improvement in children’s services and promoting positive outcomes for families.
• SWE registered
