Temporary Receptionist
Location: Office-based, Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating weeks: 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00
Salary: £12.92 per hour
Duration: ASAP until 7th February 2024 (likely to be extended)
Our client is seeking a professional and organised Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. This role involves a variety of reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy office environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional service to visitors and callers.
- Monitor events and bookings, ensuring all details are recorded and actioned appropriately.
- Manage secure access systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Collate and maintain data on room occupancy, producing reports as required.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Perform general reception duties, including handling post, answering calls, and responding to emails.
- Support administrative functions such as document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
