Junior Pool Engineer

We’re recruiting for a company near Horsham looking for a Junior Pool Engineer. This is a hands-on, temp-to-perm role. Hours are 8:00–4:30, Monday to Friday, split between our new workshop and main pool yard.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with plumbing for pool filtration, heating, and circulation systems
• Learn basic electrics, including wiring control panels and pumps
• Help assemble, test, and commission pool systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised workshop

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Logical thinker with an interest in how things work
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must hold a valid driving licence
