Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic and supportive team.
About the Role:You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working alongside Technical Support and Customer Service colleagues to manage and grow customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys both reactive and proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming enquiries and provide tailored product advice
- Process orders and create accurate quotations for bespoke products
- Offer guidance on product suitability and availability
- Proactively contact lapsed clients to re-engage and rebuild relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell additional or new product lines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sector
- Confident, professional communicator with a commercial mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive sales approach
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a small, focused team
