Position: TIG Welder
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £22.11phr
Job Type: Temp
Hours: Monday to Friday 8pm till 6:15am (NIGHT SHIFT)
Are you a skilled TIG welder looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in Rugby, Warwickshire? We are seeking an experienced and motivated TIG welder to join our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the integrity of welds.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a TIG welder.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience with [specific industries or types of projects, if applicable].
- A commitment to health and safety practices.
Desirable Qualifications
- Welding certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Mechanical industry
- Able to read engineers drawings
- Knowledge of other welding techniques (e.g., MIG, ARC).
