Outbound Research Associate

We’re looking for a part-time Outbound Research Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility around start and finish times (Monday to Friday) - ideal if you’re looking for work to fit around other commitments.

What you’ll be doing

• Making outbound calls to businesses
  
  
• Verifying and updating contact details in the database
  
  
• Gathering accurate information to support business development
  
  
• Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Previous outbound calling experience (essential)
  
  
• Confident, professional telephone manner
  
  
• Attention to detail and strong data-entry skills
  
  
• Reliable and organised, able to manage your own workload
  
  

What’s on offer

• £13.50 per hour
