Residential cleaner required for our client based in Maidstone.
 
Location: Maidstone
Hours: 10am to 2pm (Mon to Fri)
Pay: £11.44phr
 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Sanitise and clean bathrooms in communal, residential, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
• Empty rubbish bins and replace liners as needed.
• Replenish supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and wear protective equipment when necessary.
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the storage and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage, and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
