Production Operative

Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for 3 production operatives to join our client based in Swindon.
 
Previous experience in operating machines and manufacturing essential to apply!!!!
Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 for first 12 weeks with pay £11.86
Monday to Friday rotating shift 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 after 12 weeks with pay £12.25 plus shift allowance.
There will be a pay review in April.
 
Main duties:

• Operating machinery in safety manner
• Preparing components for further processing
• Reporting equipment faults
• Maintain clean working environment
• Following Operating Procedures

Right candidate:

• Proven previous machining or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Be able to work towards KPI in safely manner
• Be comfortable to perform repetitive tasks
• Good practical skills
