JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner)                 
PQE REQUIRED: 5+    
LOCATION: South Yorkshire                
SALARY: £50,000+ DOE                     

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will deliver high quality legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients whilst handling matters that include sales, purchases, securities, landlord and tenant issues and lease management. You will work closely with colleagues on transactional matters, providing guidance and support to the wider team as required. In addition, you will play an active role in promoting the firm, helping to attract new clients while fostering strong, long term relationships with existing ones.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with more than five years’ PQE up to Partner level, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will demonstrate strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage a varied and demanding caseload. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service are essential. The firm is particularly interested in candidates who are ambitious, self motivated and eager to play a key role in the ongoing success of the team.
