Residential Conveyancer (New Build & Shared Ownership), 3+ Years PQE, Essex, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for 2025! Are you looking for a fresh challenge in your career? If so, this could be the role for you. JOB REF: 8041

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with New Build and Shared Ownership experience.
• You will be confident and capable in technical aspects of Residential Property and Land Law alongside experience in New Build conveyancing.
• You will act for home buyers who are purchasing a New Build property under the Shared Ownership scheme.
• Your caseload will include, drafting and approval of documents, dealing with Shared Ownership resales interim and final staircasing and remortgages and dealing with financial arrangements related to property acquisitions on behalf of buyer/lender including mortgage arrangements and Gifts
• An understanding of Shared Ownership would be helpful but not essential.
• You will build strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, play a key role in helping expand the firms’ professional network and to promote and market the team.
• You will be self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
