TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £30-40K

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a leading, national law firm in central London. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced Partners, providing invaluable support in the management of their caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting partners with all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Managing documentation and correspondence related to conveyancing.
• Handling Land Registry applications and ensuring compliance with Land Registry practices.
• Adhering to Solicitors Accounts Rules in all work.
• Engaging professionally with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Paralegal will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and a full understanding of Land Registry practices and Solicitors Accounts Rules. You should possess a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
