Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading regional law firm based in Cornwall with clearly defined career progression, an excellent quality of work and the chance to join a team of like-minded and forward thinking professionals. JOB REF: 7892.

• The team advise a diverse range of business types in sectors which include leisure and tourism, retail, food and drink, healthcare and professional services.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include Landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases of owner occupied property and related secured lending transactions
• You will have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
