JOB TITLE: Customer Service Technician
LOCATION: Tiverton, Devon

The Employer: We are looking to fill the role of
Customer Service Technician within a housing environment.

The Role:- Maintenance and repairs to new build properties
- Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
- Undertaking customer service issues
- Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload
The Candidate:- Experience in similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of carpentry, decoration and general maintenance
- Understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
- Courteous and professional manner
- Able to prioritise conflicting demands
- Great communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records of information
- Experience of New Build housing an advantage
- Clean Driving licence
SUMMARY: This is full time role, working a 37 hour week over 5 days.
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
This position comes with a company van, pension and 25 days annual leave.
Salary negotiable with experience
