Our client are currently on the lookout for a experienced enthusiastic and reliable Courier Van Driver to join their team in Sheffield

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities will include:

Taking responsibility for a company vehicle and customer packages
Ensuring everything is recorded with the use of a hand held scanner
Adhering to health and safety procedures including ensuring your van in loaded securely
Interacting with customers and a polite and professional manner and being a good brand ambassador for our client
Up to 20 drops a day
Start times between 0400 - 7000
Communicating with client managers throughout your working day
Adhering to Road Safety laws
This role can involve some heavy lifting.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will:

Hold a full, UK driving licence (No more than 6 points)
Have excellent communication skills
Demonstrate great time keeping and reliability
Show a good use of initiative
Be confident in driving a 3.5tn transit size van
Have a flexible approach to work
Used to high volume multidrop
Show an awareness of Health and Safety procedures as well as Road and Traffic laws
