Job Description
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Location: Trinity House, Lowestoft. Essex & Suffolk Water (on-site)
Start: ASAP
Essex & Suffolk Water are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to support the team in clearing a backlog of work. This role involves accurately transferring information from one internal system to another, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering and updating information across systems with a high level of accuracy
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies
- Following set processes to ensure smooth work flow
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy and confident use of IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
