We’re seeking a Production Manager to lead our client’s operations — ensuring every process runs like clockwork while inspiring a team to deliver world-class results. This is a role that blends leadership, strategy, and problem-solving within a secure and highly specialised environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the show: Oversee day-to-day minting operations, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Keeping things moving: Maximise press and equipment performance while streamlining processes to reduce downtime.
• Raising the bar: Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across every product — no compromises.
• Leading from the front: Manage, coach, and develop a skilled team of operators, setters, and technical experts.
• Protecting what matters: Maintain stringent security and safety protocols for all precious metals and finished products.
• Thinking big picture: Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs, reporting operational performance via Odoo 17.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in production or operations management, ideally within manufacturing or high-precision industries.
• Education: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business.
• Expertise: Proven success in driving process improvements, enhancing quality, and ensuring compliance.
• Leadership: Strong decision-maker with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• Integrity: Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a secure, regulated environment.
