£40K - £45K per annum
Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Join our Client specialising in the Industrial and Logistics Construction Projects, where you will support and lead ongoing and upcoming industrial and logistics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sites across the UK
- Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates
- Tender contracts and engage in Contract Administration duties
- Work both independently and as part of a larger team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a private practice
- Strong understanding of the industrial/logistic sectors
- RICS accredited degree
- Membership or working towards a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Self-motivated with own transport and willingness to travel nationwide
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Client-facing with a ‘can do’ attitude
